This ergonomic and affordable carboy cleaning and rinsing system is available from WMProcess to improve COP clean out of place for smaller scale tanks and containers. These are very effective for poly tanks used in biopharma and laboratories for Buffer prep and salt solution makeup.   WMProcess carboy rinse station is compact and effectively COPs various size drums, carboys and containers – the WMP-COP/CRS-50SAN handles up to 50gal tanks

Bottom Mount Mixers and Agitators are available for industrial and cGMP sanitary mixing and blending applications. WMProcess offers standard high shear mixers which are bottom mounted to the tank via flange or TC sanitary connection. Low shear bottom agitators are also available for slow speed bulk blending. We offer a variety of mechanical seal designs, from packing, to single product lubricated seals, double liquid flush seals, and sanitary sterile seals with USP VI elastomers and seal faces.

We have bottom entry mixer designs for stainless steel tanks AND poly plastic process vessels including mag mixers.
