A sanitary air operated mixer may help you clean up your act. This small scale air operated stainless mixer is good for small batches like buffer and media make up. It is typically used for 1liter mixes to 250liter production blends.

Stainless Mixers in clamp mount configuration are popular for sanitary mix tanks and biopharm mixing vessels. White Mountain Process offers a wide range of small footprint sanitary mixers for open tank applications, this mixer is ideal for laboratories, pilot plants, and small scale production mixing in plastic and stainless vessels.

These stainless mixers come in varying degrees of cleanliness. They are typically biopharm ready and include 316Lss polished wetted parts, polished and electropolished impeller assembly, and can be supplied with all stainless electric or air operated agitator motor. Air operated sanitary mixers are intrinsically safe for explosion proof environments, and provide simple variable speed agitation.

LEVEL 1 – PAINTED INDUSTRIAL AIR MIXER
This is a simple clamp mounted, industrial duty mixer with painted air motor and starts at $480. with a single 304 stainless mixing prop.

LEVEL 2 – ALL STAINLESS INDUSTRIAL AIR MIXER
This is an all stainless steel clamp mounted mixer with stainless air motor and either 304ss or 316ss shaft and mixing impeller. These mixers sell for $2772. and up depending on options required.

LEVEL 3 – SANITARY ALL STAINLESS AIR MIXER
This is an all stainless steel clamp mounted mixer with stainless air motor and polished 316ss shaft and mixing impeller. These mixers sell for $3472. and up depending on options required.

LEVEL 4 – SANITARY BIOPHARM READY STAINLESS AIR MIXER
These biopharma mixers are all stainless steel clamp mounted mixers with stainless air motors and polished 316Lss shaft and mixing impellers. The wetted parts are polished to better than 20Ra and electropolished. Certificate of conformity is included on wetted parts and electropolishing. These mixers sell for $4472. and up depending on options required.

Multiple speed ranges are available with these mixers, some common speeds would be 10-230rpm, 20-535rpm, 50-2200rpm, and 300-6500rpm agitator speeds.
