Shipping, insurance, taxes, duties are not included on any item or order unless specified in quotation. Many online items include shipping UPS ground to continental USA only and will be noted, any expedited shipment or shipping outside continental USA would require extra charges. We will typically ship UPS ground and pre-pay and add to the invoice or can ship on your account upon request. All shipments are FOB from place of manufacture, so please advise any shipping instructions or insurance required. Items typically ship from MA, VT, MI, or OR plant of manufacture, FOB shipping point. Any shipping claims are responsibility of purchaser, any damaged item signed for upon arrival is responsibility of purchaser.
- Payment via Visa or Mastercard or AMEX with order, purchase orders usually require a deposit or we can set up net 30 day terms account upon request and credit approval. Online orders are processed safely through paypal and WMProcess never sees the credit card information in these cases.
- Shipping typically 2-10 days after receipt of order, some items are in stock for immediate delivery.
- Any item returns may result in restocking charges and return authorization number is required on any return, collect shipments will not be accepted so please ship anything pre paid or on your shipping account.
- Price validity on quotes: 30 days (WMP reserves the right to update web prices at any time) Any misprints or mistakes on website may not be honored, although we try our best to accommodate.
- Terms: credit card with order, or please send credit references and bank information for terms to be determined.
- International orders: Wire transfer required, and please advise your US freight forwarder or we can suggest one for you.
- Shipping outside continental USA: not included in equipment prices unless noted specifically on quote, we can ship on your account (UPS, FEDEX, truck) or arrange shipping pre paid and added to invoice. Handling charges may apply in certain situations.
- We can supply W9 for you, or bank information for wire transfer on international orders.
