Here are some available options we offer
We appreciate all custom and special inquiries on any agitator or mix tank package:
- FAT factory acceptance testing, or videotape final inspection or mixing testing
- Riboflavin CIP testing
- ll stainless steel mixer/tank support stands, polished to your liking
- Instruments and controls as desired
- NO DEADLEG fittings for plastic and stainless tanks
- Sample valves, aseptic no deadleg and economical standard valves
- Outlet valves – we will install yours or recommend styles available from us
- Outlet pumps
- Dip tubes
- CIP spray ball, spray wands, rotating spray nozzles, impingement cleaning
- Mixer speed controllers wired and mounted to mixtank panel
- Agitator tachometer for actual shaft speed validation
- Pneumatic controls for air operated mixer motors and AOD pumps
- Instruments per your spec or we can assist
- Heating and cooling packages for plastic tanks or stainless jacketed vessels
