Lab Disperser With Air Drive

White Mountain Process offers Laboratory High Shear Mixers including the Lab Air Disperser System. The air (pneumatic) operated high speed mixers include the pneumatic mixer drive, variable rpm speed range, speed control valve, manual or automatic mixer stand, stainless mixing shafts, and high shear dispersing blades. These versatile high shear dispersers include a mixer tachometer to monitor mixing speed while you disperse solids. Lab dispersers are commonly used for high speed mixing, dispersions, high shear mixing, emulsions, deagglomeration, and fine particle size reduction. WMProcess also has a full offering of electric hand held homogenizers and electric dispersers in addition to the air lab dispersers listed below.

Air operated dispersers are intrinsically safe, so the mixers can usually be used in explosion proof mix rooms and laboratories. The lab dispersers have enough power for larger size batches, and often these high speed mixers are used for pilot plant and small production batch blending. A variety of disperser blades, high shear impellers, and general purpose mixed flow impellers are available to customize the shear and flow in the mix.
