WMProcess specializes in folding and collapsible style mixing impellers that are designed specifically for use on a 2" NPT drum bung opening. These stainless steel props fold or collapse to fit thru the 2" threaded opening, and when the mixer runs the impeller blades open to provide the mixing desired. Standard materials are 304ss and 316ss, and we offer sanitary polish, electropolish, and Teflon and Plastic options as desired. Prop sizes range from 1" diameter to 24" diameter, the larger diameter are used on IBC Totes. Collapsible propellers are available in 2 blade and 3 blade configurations. Air or electric operated mixers and stainless or plastic mixing shafts are also available as required.
